Shelly helped my husband and I buy our first home. She found listings for us that were exactly what we wanted. After only looking for a few hours on our first day we found the one :). The house had just come on the market and she helped us send in our offer right away. Everything was extremely smooth until right before closing. Our lender had some serious time management issues. Not only were we struggling to get ahold of our lenders but the sellers threatened to pull the sale because we had gone way past the contract closing date. Shelly was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process!!! She was fighting for us the entire time and a huge advocate for us! She worked with the sellers agent to get an extension and stayed in constant contact with our lender and the listing agent. She pushed deadlines with the lender and kept them on their toes. She helped us pull off an amazing ONE DAY clear to close, signing of closing documents, and title transfer with keys!!! We couldn't believe it! And we never would've been able to pull it off without her! We were and still are so greatful for everything she did for us! We will be referring her to anyone who needs realty services and we'll definitely work with her in the future!
