Ms. Chavez helped us decide whether or not to sell our rental property; she gave us all the recent sells in the same area, showing how fast the turnaround is to getting our home sold, comparable prices so we price reasonably; she broke down the cost of our closing costs, which was smart to include a home warranty to entice the buyer and make them feel comfortable but also less worries after the house is sold if something breaks down. :) She's awesome!!

Shelly did everything we asked her to do. She was painfully honest about changes we needed to do to sell our home. We did those changes and were able to sell our house, not for what we wanted, (we were a bit unrealistic) but what it was actually worth. The true recommendation for a realtor is if you would use them again, and the answer is yes.

Shelley was amazing! We are in a relocation experience and are several hours away and Shelley went above and beyond what a normal realtor would. She videotaped walkthroughs and worked closely with our home inspector and made sure we had a good mortgage broker. She made the buying process so much easier I would recommend her to anyone

Shelly is absolutely amazing. My significant other and I needed to find a home within a very time. She had to work miracles around my work schedule. We seen in one day upwards of 6 homes. After narrowing it down to two she worked in contractors to meet individually with us at each home so we could have our budget and needs met. In the end she was able to negotiate our purchase price to our desired amount. Without Shelly I am not sure we would be as happy we are now. It went very smooth even with the time restraint. She is a real estate super hero!!!

My husband and I were searching for our first home. We met Shelly by inquiring about a specific home and set up an viewing. As soon as we met her, we knew we were in great hands! She showed us a number of houses, including the first one we decided to offer on. That house turned into a disaster and we walked away. She was amazing during that whole overwhelming process! When we finally did find our current home in June, Shelly was constantly in touch with us, our lender, and the seller's agent to make sure everyone was on their toes, which was easier said than done at times. Finally in August, after well water issues and repair issues, we closed on our first home! What a relief! Shelly was there every step of the way as a support person, advocate, and friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Our lender was highly impressed, also! Shelly is the best!!
