From day one, it was apparent that she really understood the marketplace which allowed us to strategize selling price. Selling price recommended was actually more then anticipated and would have been enough to cover the commisionary expenses. With her insight she recommended what was needed to sell and put together an awesome marketing plan that was TV, billboards, and advertising. Shelly went way above and beyond to sell my home. Her incredible knowledge of the industry, professional strategies, and the skill she displayed in negotiations certainly set her apart in the industry.
She was instantaneous with keeping me updated every step of the way through the process, not only explaining how her implemented strategy would work but also why. When challenges would arise she was quick to make adjustments but never excuses. I felt like her top priority from the moment I first called her until the day my home was sold. If 10 stars were an option I would give her them all!
